We highly recommend booking senior photos during the summer before school is back in session. Summer sessions allow for warmer weather, more flexibility, and a relaxed experience before senior year gets busy. Many families choose to book early to secure their preferred dates.

"When should we book senior photos in Minnesota?"

Yes! Every senior receives an outfit guide to help plan looks that feel natural, confident, and timeless. We walk through color palettes, textures, and styling tips so seniors feel prepared and comfortable heading into their session.

"Do you help with outfits?"

Yes! Many seniors choose a mix of urban and natural locations. Depending on the collection selected, we can incorporate multiple locations to create variety while keeping the session relaxed and fun.

"Can we do both urban and nature locations?"

Session length depends on the collection selected. Sessions range from quick, focused mini sessions to extended experiences with multiple locations and outfit changes. We help seniors choose the option that best fits their goals.

"How long is a senior photo session?

Please make sure you are available at your scheduled time. Per the contract, your deposit will be forfeited if you cannot make the original reservation. If you do need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. (And if something extreme happens like you literally break your leg... let us know. We are reasonable and want you to have the best experience possible!)

We have a changing tent available OR you can change in your car OR out in nature... whatever you prefer! We've helped hundreds of seniors navigate outfit changes smoothly, so don't worry—we've got you covered!

"Where do I change outfits during my session?"

Absolutely. After booking, seniors receive a location guide with curated urban, nature, and mixed-location options across Minneapolis, the Twin Cities, and surrounding areas. We help narrow down locations based on style, season, and overall vibe.

"Do you help choose locations?"

Minnesota weather can be unpredictable, and we plan for that. If weather isn’t ideal, we’ll work together to reschedule or adjust locations to ensure seniors still have an amazing experience.

"What happens if weather doesn’t cooperate?"

It’s completely up to the senior and family. Some seniors attend on their own, while others bring a parent along. Our goal is always to create an environment where seniors feel confident, supported, and at ease.

"Who usually attends senior photo sessions?"

 YES you can add on a 15 minute photo session with 10 additional edited high-resolution photos. This is a PERFECT option to update family photos around the house and for holiday cards (you'll thank yourself later for planning ahead!)

"Can I add on family photos?"

Galleries are delivered within 2–4 weeks of the session. Seniors receive a personalized online gallery where they can download images and order Fine Art Prints and Albums.

June through September are our favorite months for senior photos in Minnesota. Summer offers beautiful light, greenery, and flexibility, while early fall adds warm tones and seasonal texture. We help guide each senior toward the timing that best fits their vision.
