If you're nervous about this, I want you to know something before we even meet.

That feeling is so normal, and you are so not alone in it. Almost every girl who books a session with me feels some version of what you're feeling right now. The not knowing what to do with your hands. The worry that you're going to look awkward or stiff or nothing like the vision you had in your head. The quiet fear that you're just not someone who photographs well.

I want you to hear me when I say this: that is not a you problem. That is a not-yet-having-the-right-person-in-your-corner problem. And that's exactly what I'm here for.

Emerson was so nervous before her session. She didn't know what to expect or whether she was ready for any of it. She showed up anyway, and the moment we started talking through her outfits and making a plan together, you could see her face change. The tension just settled. She relaxed into it, and what came out of that day was something so genuinely her that it still makes me smile thinking about it.

That is what I want for you.

I'm not going to rush you or overwhelm you or push you somewhere you're not ready to go. We're going to ease into it together, one small step at a time, and I'm going to be right there with you the whole way. I'll guide every single pose so you never have to wonder what to do. I'll make sure you feel good and settled before the camera ever comes out. And I'm going to pay close attention to you, the real you, the one that shows up once you feel safe enough to let her out.

Because she's in there. I already know it. And I cannot wait to find her.

Outside of sessions, you can find me swimming, making art, getting lost in music, or completely obsessing over someone's personal style. My favorite thing in the world is getting to know people for who they actually are, and honestly, that is exactly what senior sessions are made for. Senior year is tender and fleeting and so worth capturing fully. I don't take that lightly, and I bring that with me into every single session.
