Love was in the air as we embarked on a journey to document Michael and Avery’s enchanting Nicollet Island Pavilion wedding last September 22, 2023. It marked the beginning of their beautiful forever, and we were honored to be part of it. The day unfolded with warmth and romance. So, every moment was a testament to their love story. Join us as we take you on a journey through Michael and Avery’s wedding day. This was where every detail were as stunning as their love for each other.

The day began with anticipation and excitement building as the clock struck 1 PM. Firstly, they began with prepping up Avery for their special day. Following this, as soon as the bride and groom were all glammed up and ready to embark on their journey together, it was time for the heartwarming first look. Avery, in her exquisite white wedding gown by Chic Nostalgia, looked like a vision as her chapel-length veil. Undoubtedly, it truly added an ethereal touch. SM Hair and Makeup styled her hair and did her lovely makeup. And, her simple diamond earrings and silver/diamond bracelet have without a doubt, radiated elegance. The emerald cut wedding rings with halo and diamonds on the band symbolized their eternal love. Michael, dashing in his black tuxedo, couldn’t have looked more dapper.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church has without a doubt, provided the perfect backdrop for their ceremony, where family and friends gathered to witness their union. Following the photos of the heartfelt vows and the exchange of rings, we captured precious family moments and couple photos, ensuring that every smile and glance was preserved for eternity.

As the sun began to set, we then seized the opportunity to capture the newlyweds bathed in the warm glow of the Minneapolis sunset. It was such a charming setting that added to the day’s magic. These romantic moments were truly a testament to their deep connection and so, marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. Following this, the cocktail hour commenced at 5 PM with guests mingling and toasting to the newlyweds’ happiness. Dinner at the Nicollet Island Pavilion was a delicious affair. John Ward, the father of the groom, then offered heartfelt welcoming remarks and blessings.

The evening then continued with the couple’s first dance at around 8:15 PM. It was such a beautiful moment that encapsulated their love story. Dancing and laughter filled the night, and we couldn’t help but smile as we photographed the joy that surrounded them. We wrapped up our photography 30 minutes into the open dance schedule, leaving behind a treasure trove of memories captured through our lens.
