There’s something SO magical about a Bearpath Golf & Country Club wedding, and Ben and Emma’s big day was a true testament to that magic! From their preparations at the cozy Fireside Dining Room to a stunning ceremony and reception in the Signature Ballroom, their wedding day was filled with warmth, love, and endless joy. Me and Amanda had the absolute honor of capturing these unforgettable moments!!! Each detail, smile, and tear of joy told the beautiful story of their love.

Getting Ready at the Fireside Dining Room

The day started bright and early at 9 a.m., as both Ben and Emma arrived at the Fireside Dining Room. With the girls and guys all together in such an inviting space, it was the perfect beginning to their Bearpath Golf & Country Club wedding. Emma’s bridal details came alive at 11:45 a.m., followed by Ben’s preparations at 12:15 p.m. Emma slipped into her breathtaking gown from Wedding Shoppe Inc., her excitement radiating as Jenni Heley worked her hair magic, while Kong Yang perfected her makeup. As Ben adjusted his stylish Indochino suit, you could feel the anticipation building.

A Heartwarming First Looks

Before seeing her groom, Emma shared an incredibly touching first look with her father. This sweet moment held so much emotion. It captured the pure love between a father and daughter as he saw his little girl as a bride was truly unforgettable. Following this, Emma and Ben shared their own first look, and it was filled with love and pure excitement. The couple exchanged private vows, allowing them a cherished, intimate pause amid the whirlwind of the day.

The Signature Ballroom Ceremony and Reception

Following the first looks, Emma and Ben’s family and friends gathered for their heartfelt ceremony. Afterward, guests enjoyed a social hour, mingling while we whisked the couple away for sunset photos, capturing that perfect golden glow that a Bearpath Golf & Country Club wedding provides. With a floral backdrop from Boxwood Rose and an introduction by the DJ from Instant Request, their reception was lively, beautiful, and memorable.

Reception Fun: Dinner, Toasts, and Dancing!

The reception kicked off with a delicious meal by Bearpath Golf & Country Club, followed by toasts and sweet moments like the cake cutting, featuring a lovely dessert from Nothing Bundt Cakes. The evening flowed into an energetic dance floor, where Ben and Emma and their guests celebrated into the night, ending with the bar’s closing just before midnight.
