October in Minneapolis paints a vivid backdrop with its enchanting fall colors, and it was on this picturesque canvas that Kenisha and Brooks vowed their love to each other. Nestled beside their charming home, they had their Minneapolis Park Wedding at Bryn Mawr Meadows Park. It indeed has provided the perfect backdrop for their fall-themed wedding.

Kenisha and Brooks’s Bryn Mawr Meadows Park Wedding

As a wedding photographer, capturing the essence of such a beautiful day is always a privilege. The day began early, buzzing with excitement and preparations. I arrived around 11 am, just in time to photograph the intricate details that made their day unique: the rings, shoes, wedding gown, and jewelry, each telling its own story.

Kenisha looked absolutely stunning in her Freya Wilde dress, a vision of elegance complemented by her Jeffrey Campbell shoes, which carried a playful nod to fall with their floral designs in red and orange shades. Her look was completed with tasteful bridal jewelry from Anthropologie. Brooks, in his stylish suit from The Black Tux and Nordstrom shoes, mirrored the warmth and vibrancy of the season.

Their first look was a moment of pure joy, encapsulating the anticipation and love they share. It was an honor to witness and capture such a heartfelt exchange. The bridal party and family photos followed, adding more memories against the lush backdrop of the park and their home.

As 2 pm rolled around, guests began to arrive, and the ceremony started with heartfelt vows and a sweet kiss, marking Kenisha and Brooks as newlyweds. The celebration then moved to the North Garden Theatre for the reception. The cocktail hour, dinner, and sunset photos created a tapestry of moments, each more beautiful than the last. The evening culminated in a lively dance party, the perfect end to a perfect day.

The day was made even more special by the contributions of talented vendors. R.F. Moeller’s exquisite wedding rings, Rose Botanical’s stunning floral arrangements, Genesis Curlz’s impeccable hairstyling, and Taco Bien’s delightful catering added layers of perfection to the day. The music from the DJ, Mark Haugen set the tone for a memorable celebration.
